Have you ever been asked to provide SSAE 16 reports or bridge letters about CapellaFX software? They’re easily accessible, right in the CapellaFX Support Desk customer service portal.
To get to the SSAE 16 downloads section, log into CapellaFX at https://www.htcapella.com, and click the Client Support icon in the bottom right hand corner of the main menu screen. (You’ll need to click “continue” on the security warning that pops up.)
If it’s your first visit, you’ll need to click “Sign up for an account” and follow the steps. If you already have an account, simply enter your user name and password. If you’ve forgotten your password, click the “forgotten your password” link.
Once you’re in the CapellaFX Support Desk portal, there are four options displayed. To access SSAE 16 documentation, click “SSAE 16 Downloads.”
From there, you can:
- Download the most recent Hedge Trackers SSAE 16 Report
- Download the most recent Hedge Trackers SSAE 16 Bridge Letter
- Download the SSAE 16 Report on our Silicon Valley Co-Location
Please note that if you need a Bridge Letter from a different period, you need only create a request ticket by completing the onscreen form.
